Rev. Ricardo Ismael Tun Santos. Actualmente vive en Cozumel juntamente con su esposa Sarai Pech y su hijo Ricardo Jr. Es pastor de la Iglesia Nacional Presbiteriana de México. Tiene los siguientes grados académicos Licenciado en Teología, Lic. En Ciencias de la Educación y Estudiante de la Maestría en Administración de Instituciones Educativas. Se ha desempeñado como Pastor, Docente y actualmente es director de Universidad Virtual de Instituto YPM. 


He lives in Cozumel, México. He married Sarai Pech. They have one child, Ricardo Jr. Ordained Pastor and member of the mexican Presbyterian Church. Profesional degrees: Graduated in theology (Universidad Evangélica Nicaragüense "Martín Luther King Jr." ) And Education (University-Instituto de Estudios Universitarios) At present is a formal student in Administration of Education Institutions. Experienced as Pastor and Professor. At present he is the Director of the YPM's Virtual University.

Reverend William Colli Cen

Yucatan Peninsula Mission Officer

Reverend Cen is a Mayan/Mexican National who is an ordained Presbyterian pastor and an ordained elder and leader in a Presbytery of the Mexican National Presbyterian Church. His communication skills and excellent relationships are responsible for providing leadership, implementation, expansion, and continuance of the Come and See Missions. He is also responsible for handling all the relationships of the organization with the coordinator, hosts, translators, and construction workers.

Erly Flor Santos Cen

Erly within the YPM office in Mexico has as her highest priority to fully and completely record all receipts and disbursements of the organization, as well as preparing accounting records for necessary government reports for tax returns, handling official business with government agencies, such as Hacienda-IRS (tax and licenses departments), Municipal, Social Security, Emigration offices and has financial powers; banking, accounting, checking accounts, purchase and monthly agreements of the organization in Mexico.

Leslie Barrett


Leslie is our Board Secretary.  She has been with YPM since 2013 and has assisted on 4 medical mission trips, 4 construction trips and was honored to be translator for the president's message at the dedication of the Instituto YPM.

She has lived in Texas all of her life and attended Texas A&M University.  She currently lives in Austin and has 2 children.

Leslie first traveled to Mexico on a high school trip and fell in love with the Mexican people.  She has been going back every chance she gets.  She has enjoyed being a part of YPM and is dedicated to serving the Mayan people.

Cynthia Robinson


Cynthia grew up on the Texas border, has spoken Spanish since childhood and holds a BA in Spanish. Her first mission trip was to Guatemala in 2005.  2008 was her first Medical Mission Trip to YPM from FPC San Antonio.  She continues to participate in the MMT’s as a translator and co-leader most every year since. She has been a member of the YPM Board of Directors since 2011.

She was an officer in the United States Air Force, an Elementary Bilingual Program teacher, a pharmaceutical sales rep and a community/church volunteer in a number of organizations since 1980.

Cynthia has been a member of First Presbyterian Church San Antonio since 1984.  Ordained as a Deacon; Presbyterian Women President as well as a number of other PW offices/committee jobs over the years; Circle Chairman; member of Global Missions Committee and Senior Adults Ministries committee; YPM Medical Mission Team co-leader for the last five years.

Cynthia is married to Charlie, a retired clinical pathologist.  Between them they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.  Her family loves to travel, with Africa being a favorite destination (She was a Zoo docent for 30 years).

Jay Glatz

Board Treasurer

Jay has served on four construction mission teams to YPM with members of his church, Northminster Presbyterian in Peoria, Illinois.  Jay and his wife LeeAnn have enjoyed the relationships they have established with their Mayan brothers and sisters and they stay in contact with some of them via FaceBook.  Jay has been on the YPM Board for two years and is currently serving as treasurer of the Board.  He is currently the Vice President for Marketing and the State Bank of Speer, but will be retiring from that position at the end of 2016.  He also serves on the Salvation Army Board and the Crittenton Centers Board in Peoria.  He has three grown sons and seven grandchildren.  He loves to attend his grandchildren’s activities from volleyball, football, cross country, swimming, soccer, dance, and plays-they seem to do it all!  He is looking forward to retirement so he and his wife can volunteer and travel more.  He recently received the fund Raising Volunteer of the Year from the Association of Fund Raising Professionals in the Peoria area.  He has also been honored by the Salvation Army for his service to the Peoria community.

Jim Wittmer

YPM USA Board President

Jim has continuous attendance since 2007 on YPM construction mission trips and has been a board member since 2014.  

He is married to Ann, has three married adult sons and two grandsons. With 44 years in the electric utility industry, Jim is now a retired electrical engineer.

As a member of the Northminster Presbyterian Church, he is active in Building and Grounds and Mission Teams.

Mark Jevahirian

Board of Directors Member

Mark Jevahirian has been attending YPM mission trips since 2012 and indicates that each trip has been a life changing experience. He loves the opportunity to support the energy and efforts of YPM. He was invited to join the YPM Board of Directors in 2016, where he is happy to serve as the accountant and financial manager.

Mark attended Michigan State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Art’s Degree from the School of Business and also studied at the University of Notre Dame, earning his Master of Business Administration. He is a certified public accountant providing traditional services from his office in Birmingham, Michigan.

He is married and the father of 4 boys, all of who have enjoyed YPM mission trips. His family attends First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham, since 2001.

Rev. Amy Morgan


Amy has led mission trips with YPM since 2007 and has served on the board since 2015. She is the Associate Pastor for Mission and Community at First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham and holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University. Amy is married to Jason Morgan, and they have a son, Dean. The whole Morgan family has enjoyed mission trips together with YPM. What Amy loves most about YPM is the way it changes the lives of those who participate in mission trips while making a difference for the Mayan people.
