Reverend Wilian Colli Cen is a Mayan/Mexican National who is an ordained Presbyterian pastor and an ordained elder and leader in a Presbytery of the Mexican National Presbyterian Church. His communication skills and excellent relationships are responsible for providing leadership, implementation, expansion, and continuance of the “Come and See Missions.” Wilian is responsible for handling all the relationships of the organization with the coordinator, hosts, translators, and construction workers.

His wife, Erly Flor Santos Cen, handles a multitude of duties, including serving as Wilian’s translator. Erly is fluent in English, Spanish and Mayan. She also oversees all receipts and disbursements of the organization, as well as all accounting records.
